Chuck Peters, Founder

Chuck has extensive experience in real estate consulting and turnaround management as well as traditional asset and property management. 

Peters holds a BA in Communication Arts from Gannon University and is licensed to practice real estate in both the Commonwealth of PA and the State of NY and holds the Realtor ™ designation. Chuck is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the Association of University Research Parks. 

David Baltusavich, CIO

David is a full-stack developer with over 18 years experience in programming, software design, web development, and associated technologies.

David's experience include development in knowledge base, web applications, and embedded systems, and building entire platforms that are combination of all these things with a dash of machine learning and AI on top.

David is active in the community, with special interests in the local and organic food movement, and technology education and the maker movement. I am proud to be a partner in creating Radius CoWork, a shared office space in downtown Erie. 

Katie Traut, CFO

Katie holds bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University. She has 8 years of accounting experience in Real Estate and Insurance in Erie and Philadelphia. She has been with Altair since 2015, overseeing both Client and Corporate Accounting
